Gooey Caramel Popcorn
It stays gooey for days, and much easier than other caramel corn so I think it will become our favorite!!
1 bag microwave popcorn (or 1/3 c. unpopped corn, popped)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
8-10 big marshmallows
Pop the popcorn and remove all of the obnoxious unpopped kernels. Microwave the butter, sugar, and marshmallows until melted (I started with 1 minute and found it wasn't completely melted, so probably did 20-30 more seconds). Stir to make a caramel goo. Pour the goo over the popcorn and stir to coat the popcorn.
Try to not eat it all in one sitting!!
