Chocolate Coconut No-Bake Drop Cookies
2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup margarine
3 Tbsp cocoa (or 2 squares unsweetened chocolate)
1/2 cup canned milk
3 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1. Bring sugar, margarine, cocoa and canned milk to a boil.
2. Remove from stove and add remaining ingredients.
3. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
