Bacon and Broccoli Salad
(exact recipe not pictured)
1 large head of fresh broccoli
4 slices bacon, cooked, cooled and crumbled
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup roasted sunflower kernels
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Canyon Foods Bacon Vinaigrette
Cut stems from broccoli; toss or save for other use. Place broccoli florets in a large bowl. Toss broccoli with bacon, onion, cheese and sunflower kernels.
Combine mayo and vinaigrette in separate bowl. Toss salad with dressing. Chill and serve.
